This project, completed in 2008, converted a warehouse with a 6 meter stud into 2 levels of four star green office space.
This successful renovation has a double height glass fin entrance creating a striking first impression. Environmental features include storm water harvesting, carefully designed office lighting on photocell and movement sensors, and utilised environmentally friendly materials.
